Return Policy

1.Return or exchange only can be accepted in 5 days after you receive the product.

2.Return only can be accepted because of our mistake.(Such as wrong product, wrong color or size, damaged product)

3.Return or exchange can be accepted because of damage during transport, but customer must help us with claims to the shipping company.

4.Return products must in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.

About Refund & Exchanges

If your product is ordered in a standard size , you can contact our customer service for exchange or return. You will be refunded 100% of total payment but shipping cost excluded, you will be responsible for return shipping posatge as well. If you enjoyed our free shipping policy, the shipping cost paid by us would be taken from the total refund amount.

As for custom size, we hardly resell it becuase there is less possible that someone has the same figure and taste as you. We beg your unstanding and hope that you provide the measurement carefully.

1. Products with quality problems

With strict quality inspection procedure before shipping, it is guaranteed that the dresses shall be against material and workmanship defects. If a defect happens and a valid claim is confirmed (fair photos) by Customer Service within 5 days since the product is signed for delivery, we can offer you exchange service. We will refund money after the returned product is received and verified for acceptance. Round-trip shipping cost is not refundable. Any return without pre-approval can not be accepeted.

2. Size Deviation

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch or 3 cm, please feel free to choose from the following options:

You are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you for up to 10% of the product price as tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

You are allowed to send back the dress for free alterations ,but you need pay for the back and forth shipping. (Without customer service department's confirmation, we do not accept your case.)

Note: We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds if the size is right according to your own order information which is actually measured in wrong size by yourself. We suggest you custom your size but not choose standard size, and make measurements by a professional local tailor.

Cancellation Policy

Once the custom tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled within 12 to 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.

Orders cancelled beyond 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Process

Step 1: Please send us an email at with your Order ID within 5 days . Please include an explanation and photographs if possible. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.

Step 2: Once our Customer Service approve your request, we will provide you with a return address .

Step 3: We will process the refund as soon as your package is delivered at our facility and inspected. Please be patient since time frame for return shipping might be unpredictable.
